I was following the instructions for that thread. After I file chop the image wikey.1.9s.us.iso, do i burn the folder with all the filechop files along with the wikey.1.9s.us.iso, or do i just burn the wikey.1.9s.us.iso file.

oh yeah and another question do i burn the wii key 1.4config with a seperate DVD, and which order do i update them. This is my first time ever updating my wii key.

You burn the iso only, exactly the same as you would burn any other disk image for the wii.

The config disk must go on a seperate DVD.

The config disk isnt actually required. You only need it if you play out of region games, as updating the wiikey resets region override on the wiikey to off, its default setting.
