No, it is impossible to tell without opening your xbox. The list just shows you the probability.
Just open it already and do it. Easier done than said.

i thought yo didn't want to get RAID here this is the one i got, it will work right?
oh and by the way, it doesn't take five days... its been 9 days.. hopefully ill be getting it tommrow.

that one will work, just use the port that faces the front of the Pc
i got mine it 5 days.. but im in the United States

well if you would have bothered to read any of the comments at the bottom of the page, you would have noticed that the buyers stated that it worked perfectly with ms 25/ms28 drives.

when you install the card, there will be a sata port closest to the backwall of the PC, and then the IDE port, and then another sata port closest to the front of the PC. use the one closest to the front of the PC.

Label on top of the drives I have seen say ms25 or ms28 (but the muppet I know who owns them keeps swapping parts about at random)
