Ok, sorry if i sound dumb here, but i've researched it and have'nt really come to any definate answers, so hopefully someone on here would be kind enough to help me. I have installed CFW 3.90 M33-3, and have that working great. I just recovered a brick, which was fun to say the least, but got if figured out nonetheless. The question i have, is about some of the other downloads that darkalex has available, and what if any value they have to me. specificaly the popsloader programs, the 1.5 kernel, and timemachine. What do these do exactly. Do i need them? what would I use them for? any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Popsloader is used to increase compatability of certain PSX games on the PSP...not needed unless you are having problems running PSX games.

1.50 kernel is used to run certain homebrew apps, but is only available to fat PSP users (unless you use timemachine)

Timemachine allows you to run two versions of CFW at the same time, one from the PSP and one from the Memory stick. This is useful on slims, as it allows you to run 3.40 OE (i think) with the 1.50 kernel from the memory stick on a slim, which allows you to use homebrew that hasn't yet been ported to use a 3.xx kernel.

Also, you may be best to change the thread title to something more descriptive, as a mod may close the thread if you dont.

Any more questions give me a shout. If you want to install any of those programs, have a search of the site, there are some great guides available on here, all written by other users!
