psp FW3.95 to custon FW

I have a psp and i am new on psp and i upgrade to fw 3.95
now i understand that i need CFW and pandora battery?
how i download lots of programs to made my battery pandoran and etc and the system telling me the game can not start!
what i have to do?

you can't make the battery on official firmware

You do not need Pandora to go to 3.95 OFW, you do to switch to CFW and the highest version of that is 3.90 M33-3
