Can anyone help with Re-activating my Nokia DBox?

Hi,

I've been reading through a few related forums on this site and to be honest don't understand what most people are talking about (The technical Terms I Mean).

My Nokia DBox has lost almost all channels - Sky Sports, Sky Movies, E4 etc etc. The only channels we can view now are BBC1,ITV, Channel 4 and a couple of others. Does anyone know how I can get the other channels back?

Any help with this will be muchly appreciated.
