i have seen guids that allow me to downgrade and install CFW 3.90 m33-3 but can i use my slim to down grade my fat ? (i have the battery for a slim but not one for my fat thats why i am asking how do i downgrade with what i got ?)

i have in my possesion a ....
PSP Slim 3.90 m33-3
Tool battery
1G MMS and one PSP Fat ....

no. you need the fat battery. the slim battery will not work on the fat.

is there a way to upgrade a psp fat w/o buying or moding a tool ? i saw somewhere that i can flash the psp fat battery ? ... is the only way to mod a psp fat with pand+MMS?

if the fat is on 3.51 or higher, pandora's battery and magic memory stick is the ONLY way.

in order to flash a fat battery, you will need the old fat battery (new ones cannot be flashed) and the original psp slim (original 3.60 firmware). otherwise, you will have to hardmod the fat battery (can be done on any fat battery)
