I recently got sucked in when I "purchased" game copy pro. Actually I never found any program on that site that allowed you to just drop in game disc and a dvd or cd rom and backup that program like advertised. In addition after going through all the confusing instructions, the procedure for backing up a Wii disc needed a special drive that costs boocue bucks and is not really worth it. Really none of the promised software was there. Too say I was disappointed was a understatement. Maybe people with other systems like it, but I am no novice and it was a mish mash of instructions and software. I went to a support page that would not accept my username and password to get my money back and I used the guest support and still haven't heard from them. I went back and after forgetting my password, several times a message said "your password has been mailed to you" but I have still not received it. When I paid, I received no confimation whatsoever. The support page is a joke. There is nothing in the knowledge base. I don't think I am going to get my money back. I am going to call my credit card company and see if I can get this thing removed. Don't try any 60 day money back guarentee, you will be sorry. That's the only guarentee.
