Well my friend is running regular 3.73 on his fat PSP and I have 3.71 M33 and we're trying to run Renegade Squadron on Ad Hoc and it just simply won't find one another.

He's using the UMD and I have the .ISO on my mem stick ... anyway when we go to join or host we can't see eachother.

Ideas? Def Jam Fight for NY and GTA:VC Stories seem to work fine.

Maybe some kind of issue with the game itself? I know the minimum required was 3.50+ or something and I figure if it was a firmware problem the game itself just would start at all.

Try setting the channel manually instead of auto.

What update are you running on your 3.71M33. you should have update 4.

If that doesn't help. update to 3.80-5 or the newest 3.90M33-3

Nechen, you check it under settings, system settings, System information. It is possible that you have just update one, but what he means is it should say something like 3.71 M33-2, or 3.71 M33-3, or 3.71 M33-4.....that being said, what update do you have? mine is M33-3, 3.90 M33-3 that is.... :)

Well I updated to 3.90 m33-3 and still the same thing.

Everything else Ad Hoc's fine - its just Renegade Squadron that won't
