D Box2 not working

I know u've heard this before, but my d-box2 is not working. i was hoping someone out there can help me also. The D box2 comes on goes to the loading, the sportster image loads up then comes up with a blank screen and reads "Excecute service scan" i have down a service scan but still does not bring up any channels not even the normal channels. Few questions:

1. Do i need to get this flashed again with a new image?
2. Do i just update the keyscodes?
3. Which is the best image out there. is it Laky Pro or Sportster?

PLEASE HELP ME....MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE.
