How to load psp games onto Memory stick?

All instructions state to load game into the ISO folder but after i format the stick, there is no ISO folder?

maybe cuz u dont have a custom firmware. What firmware do u have ? But, b4 all that just go to ur root and make an folder names ISO. Then try it. It really dosent matter. Formatting is just a newbie proof.
