D2CKey. Wii-Clip and "An error has occurred..."

I've been installing a D2CKey with a Wii-Clip, it all worked perfectly.

But after a week of playing games, i burned and put in a copy of Guitar Hero 3, and suddenly it stops to read backup games at all, and if I insert an original game, the DVD-ROM is spinning up, making a click sound, stops, spins up again, and another click sound, then I get a black screen saying "An error has occurred bla bla.."..

I tried re soldering everything on the clip, in case the heat would have damaged a bad soldering.

If i remove the D2CKey, it works perfect again.

Could my chip have automatically just broken? or could the Wii-Clip have been damaged of heat? Or has there been a Wii upgrade automatically that detects the chip?

I found something about disconnecting the L pin, or jumping region override, haunt got home to try that yet, but since it worked earlier it doesn't feel like that should be the problem. And doesnt no jumper mean no override?

Any ideas?
