I already have the lights I just cant figure out which side is positive and which is negative on the board. And that video doesnt help much but thanks

I was wondering are you using 3 pin leds,because in the guide they are using 3 pin.If you got the 2 leg leds it will be completely different and will need a bridge.Its best to use cathode or anode like they mentioned bro and here are the negs and postives on the 3 pin led http://www.llamma.com/xbox360/mods/image...42806%20156.jpg .You could use a 2 leg led and bridge the two negs together though,since your gonna get ground anyways from both sides but it will take a little more work.A quick way to tell whats positive and whats negative is hooking it up and using a multimeter on it bro.Test a couple points on the board and you can find it that way.If you get voltage then that will be your positive if you don't get nothing that will be your ground or negative.That is the best advice I can give you m8,because your right it is hard to make out what they are doing in those pics.

The negative side of an LED lead is indicated in two ways:
by the flat side of the bulb, by the shorter of the two wires extending from the LED.
but not sure about your Surface Mount LED 0603 SMD
Those lights I mentioned earlier was already soldered onto RF Module not just the lights
But in they are white

After reading over that im still a tad lost. These are the lights I bought.

Now im guessing from the pics on how to install them they are not 3 pin but two, and was wondering if by bridge you ment just solder both negs together. Thus again im lost as to finding out which side is which. Worst fear here is wasteing time soldering it on and turns out there backwards.

I think you should have got the 3 pin led, it's showing in those pictures the colours
Red negative left of led
Green negative centre led
Positive right of led
There should only be one way to solder on to RF board
Red should always be on the left.

Well everyone I talked to said the same thing the SMD 0603 Surface Mount LED's where the way to go. Now does red is always on the left apply to these if so problem solved lol if not =(

I believe the LED DIE should be parallel facing the polarity mark
In a diode, it is the negative terminal at the pointed end of the arrow symbol,
where current flows out of the device.

you see polarity arrows on RF Module D1,D2,D3,D4 the Negative should always be the same way arrow points

With out looking at your led I can?t help
You got a 50-50 chance, unless you get the 3 pin LED then you know which way they fit
As said earlier multi meter to find pos and neg

This is the link I used when I switched my green leds to blue.
The 0603 is fine for the center light but I recommend using 1206 smd's for the corner lights. They are bigger and easier to work with.
The solder bath technique from llama is the way to go for removing the existing leds. I thought it was crazy at first but it works like a charm and it didn't make the mess I thought it would
