one % of the time i tap on picture to play a video;meia player pops up with a message saying it can't play video.i close player and tap on a video i know will play but player won't pop up.tryed from start menu still no player.rebooted and player comes back.any suggestions?vista premium'toshiba laptop.

Use Task manager / process tab and see if wmplayer.exe is
running. If it is, right click and select "end process tree".

It should restart OK now.
