XBOX MS backup error

i did make an MS Backup at my xbox when i softmodded it with SID 4. but now when i was trying to restore it then it stands
"Batch process failed.
Tha last item was: E\BACKUP\MS NOT VALID.
Action: Rename"
what shall i do? i want to restore it to the original. how do i do?
