Do i need a nand and flash0 backup?

i never plan to screw with flash0 so would i need a flash0 backup? also flash0 is on the psp itself not the ms correct? Doesn't nand contain all the folders flash0 kd ect?

If you don't plan on tampering with the flash0, chances are it will be okay. however, since you have the ability to back it up somewhere else I certainly would. And yes you are correct, the flash0 files are on the PSP itself not the memory stick
