Just had to download the 1.30 update for CoD...there are new games in online mode, Variety Pack team Deathmatch,Variety Team Objective and variety pack hardcore.
Also, it says on the screen Variety Pack Disabled! Username does not have the map pack.
Still no variety pack to download on PS Store though. Hopefully be later today??

Its going to be available tonight for us here in North America. European (since the time difference) can get them now I believe. I looked this morning and the PS store was not updated with new content. So tonight...tonight..*sigh*.

Well im downloading it from the PS Store now, so they're definitely up. Looks like they can be game-shared as well!

the UK maps are definitely available for download right now, not sure about the US though.

Im in the UK, and im playing the new maps right now. They can definitely be game shared as well.

install the maps (from the game menu), then put your CoD disk in and it should automatically ask you to update if you are connected to the internet.

AFAIK they are $10, or £7 in the UK. Well worth it, the chinatown map is immense.

Dont think the maps are available on the US store till later tonight, it should update automatically when you put in your CoD disks.

my bad, they were up on the palystation site, not the store yet. but you get the update on COD 4 now so they will be there shortly.

I like the new maps, creek and chinatown are my favourite at the moment, with creek offering some good sniping positions.
However, i feel its a bit of a piss take for us in the U.K. to be charged £6.99 when in the U.S they are $9.99. At the current exchange rate they should be around £5.50 ish. Once again good old rip off Britain! I still think 7 quid is good value for all the hours of enjoyment i will get out of them, but why doesn't everyone pay the bloody same?
