I looked at the list of compatability of the Japan wii, for US to JP there were many games that doesn't work at all but now every game is playable. Before it doesn't work but now it is partially work can anybody explain to me why and how

Modchips get updated, or new ones come out, with better support for region compatibility. Different region games and consoles will probably never be 100% compatible because of the firmware file structures. Some games will be playable on a different region console, but may encounter problems like black screens, bugs or other things.
