When you aim the gun you press the RB, and that should be your index finger on your right hand, then you can aim different part of the victim's body with the Right Stick and you would use your right hand's thumb on it, how are you suppose to shoot using the B button then?
yea i dunno i guess you are talking about gta in which while you are driving and the aiming sux, but its realistic, however if you are just walking you press left trigger to aim and right trigger to shoot, that is assuming you are playing gta4
lol I forgot to mention it's gta4, you press the left button to aim and aim at certain part of the body with right stick, and press the b button to shoot but what finger are you gonna press b when you're aiming the body part with right stick then?

Is it different in the PAL version? In the NTSC version you hold the left trigger to aim- half-way hold it down to free aim and then you press the right trigger to shoot.
While driving you hold down the Left Button to shoot while aiming with the right analog stick.
If ya hold the trigger half way down on the pal version it doesnt lock. Yea the shooting mode is kinda messy but way better that any of the previous gta's.
