So I haven't gotten it yet, but for the most part I have always agreed with IGN (with a few exceptions), but they gave GTA IV a 10/10 which hasn't happened for almost 10 years. Those of you that got it, is it REALLY that great? I'll pick it up in a week or so when I'm done with my papers
