Posted in the PS3 forum but works on the 360 as well.
You can view all of these in game by typing this url into the in game computers --
www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com
this will show you a map for the location of weapons/armour/ramps/stunts/health/friends and places such as clubs and bars/takeable vehicles

Cheats - enter these into the mobile phone - cheats are stored once entered and can be toggled on or off,(you can access these cheats via the mobile phone they get saved in a section called "cheats" on the phone menu for easy access)

They had to get the idea of that from Saints Row, That's also how you cheat in Saints Row. I'm happy about it it beats the up down left right types of cheats.

I dont want all the car and weapons crap those cheats ruin the game. But if the website shows you where you can find guns already laying on the floor id like to have that =). I read in the above GTA forum you could free roam with friends sounds godly if true. If anyone knows what the limits are please share.

ya, i just got an achievment.
But BTW, the website thing isn't really anything. It just has dots on the map. You cant save it or view it. And there all green and not labeled.

So using the cheats don't screw you on achivements.

wow hold up buddy....
here this might clear things up about achivments, When you enter a cheat it will tell you if it disabled an achievement.
Just tested it and:

do you have to wait until a certain part of the game to dial numbers in the cell phone. when i bring up the cell it just lets me choose from a list of people to call
