I'm a noob at xbox 360 hacking since i spent all my time on psp hacking. So i just would like to get some stuff straight. First, if i download a game from where ever and its one of the rips that are permittable, then do i HAVE to burn it on a dvd or can i just place it on my HDD for 360. Second, im sorry i really dont know how to replace my xbox fw, so is there a risk that my 360 will screw up if i do sumthing wrong?Last is it complicated to put the "cracked fw" on my 360? thanks for your help.

Alright I'll take a crack at this-
1. You cannot run Xbox 360 .isos off of a HDD....yet....
2. Yes there is a risk to screw up but as long as you follow instructions you should be good.
3. As long as you have a basic understanding and use good judgment then it is not too complicated.
4. Of course you need a dual-layer burner for the PC, not the 360....I recommend the Pioneer 115d
