Completely Solderless D2CKEY Modchip for Wii?

I have no soldering experience and am not willing to attempt killing my wii but would like to mod it so i can play downloaded games.

This company claims they have a solderless solution that can be installed in minutes. Anyone know anything about it? Is it easy to install and will it work with burned games?

Its just a wii clip with a D2Ckey presoldered to it. Its been discussed before on afterdawn.

It will work and is simple to install. But I've heard a fair number of complaints about it as well, mostly involving overheating of the D2C chip on the drive from being covered by the clip and the clip being knocked loose fairly easily.

wrong. the clip does not get knock out easily if you sercurely put the chip on the wii. Although it is truth there has been alot of complains about this combo but most of it dude to inexperience installation of the product. The user didn't push down tight enough, etc... This product is the best way to avoid complication of soldering. It will works amazingly if you do everything right. All kind of mod chip will over heat if you leave the wii on or in standby mode with a disc inside or wiiconnect 24 enabled. To prevent overheating all you gotta do is take the disc out of your drive or hold the power button til the light becomes red.
