Where can i get the download for the upms installer. and some pbp's. Also, can someone tell me where to get the pbp files and what to rename them.

noobs911.com then go to forums the lates releases and you can download it there. i dont know what you mean with php file so im going to persume you mean homebrew (which run from a EBOOT.PBP)

you can get loads of homebrews from dl.qj.net

also with upms its a cso so it goes in the iso folder

I have one more question. I just bought a new slim psp and it has firmware 3.90, is there a way i can downgrade to something lower.(whens the next sony official firmware coming out)

yes you can by using a pandora's battery and the v3 cementerio of Dark Alex

yeah, i know that but can i do it with a psp that has no custom firmware and i recently tried to open my fat psp battery but i think i broke it.
