Ok, I was making the pandora battery and I got it correct (as far as I know). But while I was working on it, I'm not completely sure what happened but I seen a little smoke come up. Plus, when I restarted my PSP, nothing really happens. I plug in the power chord while the battery is still in and it just comes up with a black screen and does nothing else. I remove the battery and power chord and plug power chord back in and the psp comes on normally. Then if I put the battery in while the psp chord is in it well show a power source for the battery(like it aknowledges some form of life, and then nothing). Plus when I go to install the Pandora's GUI software(step four) Pandora's Battery Firmware installer, it keeps saying "The Game Could not be start C). What does it all mean?

Since I've owned this PSP, I've never been able to get to the recovery menu by holding down the R button after restarting.

Sounds like you fried your battery trying to make Pandoras. You'll have to buy another battery.
