they should either send u a new tracking # or notification your order is shipping. But fromthere back order page it seems as if there shipping all x-cuter products out today.

They seem expensive. I'm in toronto and I provide xenium/xecuter2.x + install for $130. No shipping, no taxes ;)

i did the same thing but got fed up waiting for my xecuter2.3 + and jumped on the xenium, but man that hurt my wallet :(

no i have not recieved a new one. did you have an older tracking number? because thats all i have. i got it about two weeks ago.

I had a older one too...but they sent me a new one....this other guy i know says if u weren't sent one to try your older one...he's tracking his order now with the old one they sent him

hey, wasup. i have tried my older one, but with no luck i 'm in the states and chose Express Global Priority as a shipping method. on their tracking page it says that Canada post has trouble tracking their orders so i guess thats why i can't seem to track mines. what about you what tracking mehtod did you choos and were you able to get any results with your tarcking number?

I'm in canada and I used Xpress Post shipped to Toronto..And the good news is I received my package this morning @ 10am......WOO!!!!!! finally..now I'm going to make a tutorial on how to install the dam thing
