I flashed my PSP to 3.71 from 3.95

When I press X to shut down PSP after it finishes flashing, the PSP shuts down.

But when I turn it back on again it still goes back to the same screen where I have these 4 options. How do I get it to start up to the normal screen again?

try starting it up with the power cord or normal battery
