should i use ophcrack or oph live cd?

whats the difference?

and anyone ever use it and can tell me how to use it?

ve been locked out of my vista admin account for a while now.

ok this is where i am: I booted iso from cd, slax started and it comes to this:

the following partitions contain hashes:

1.
2.

what do i do from here? i have typed in the numbers, i have typed the partitions, but nothing works!
