hi every1, i just read a thread that said something about GTA 4 being region coded! please tell me that isn't true. i have a NTSCPS3 and i'm getting a GTA 4 copy from US (region 1), it's on the way here, please tell me it'll work, PLEASE, AHHHH.
my ps3 is jap, i'm getting a US GTA 4 copy, i heard there was this error some people got when they inserted the CD, somthing about having the video set to 480i atleast (something like that..) i researched it, i heard that the error occurs because GTA 4 is region locked, that's why i'm checking, i also heard that in order to play GTA 4 u need an HDTV, i only have a normal SDTV, do u think my GTA 4 will work? please say YES, i'm scared shitless
i've read that some certain countries have banned the game, so they have a watered down version of the game, thats why it was region coded so people can't import it. don't know how true this is or which countries it applys to!
