Being called a multimedia server and NAS drive, the VGF-HS1 and VGF-HS1S come in 1TB and 1.5TB flavors respectively. $570 and $760 according to the article. I purchased the HP MediaServer 1TB version, and added another TB hard drive. It works well. It's even picked up through my PS3, and seems pretty fluid. It has a feature that backs up multiple computers. I would like to see more specs on this to compare the two products with each other.
Im all up for new an intresting shapes but really thats a tad expensive for a 1 TB of NAS and honestly a NAS is ideally hidden away some place to do its job and not be seen and for that money you could make a media center pc with 1TB.
