Manual Rip procedure for MGS:PO+

I've found a couple ripkits for it (EUR) but they are asking for a 1.28 GB iso IIRC, but I have one that is slightly smaller, 1.19GB. I was wondering if someone can give me the steps for a manual rip

Are you on CFW?
Use umdGen and delete unnecessary data like the update.pbp
if that doesn't work go Iso shrinker

Want ISO's Rip them from the UMD.
