can anyone tell me how to rip the XMB waves and backgrounds of any custom theme available on the net?, and where do i have to place them?

the waves are in vhs resources folder and the waves are system_plugin_bg.rco (or something like that but it has bg on the end)

and then just place it in the same folder in your flash0

make sure you back the flash0 up

Here's the file I got. It has 176 custom waves, just make sure the name is system_plugin_bg.rco, as some aren't named properly. I've tested them all and they do work and look awesome.
