i've looked everywhere but i can't figure what kind of chipset do i have can anybody help me please??

Your Drive Pins are most likely not cut.

You may have to open it up to be sure.

Hi was wondering if you could help - my Wii is also chipped quite sometime ago but that is really all I know about the type of chip it is - I am hopeless with computers but I bought Wii Fit yest & it just keeps spinning can you help please

your wii is most likely a D2B. The chip is most likely a WIIKEY as it's the most popular for these drives.
To make sure u got a WiiKey, you can download a wiikey config disc and see if you can access the config menu of the chip
