is it possible to copy avi to eather off these cd -r or dvd im useing nero 6 please can u tell me what copy format to use thanks or any step by step would be wicked thanks a lot

Use the Nerovision Express component. Choose Make DVD, Add Video files, load your .AVI file. It will then "transcode" your file which takes a few hours.
