HOw do I fix the 3 red rings myself??

I have an xbox 360 which for the 4th time now is going to have to be sent in for repair. Does anyone know how to fix these themselves? I have the usual 3 red rings.

I do not suggest the towel trick.

This is what I suggest:

The xclamp fix, for me, is a last resort fix. But, since you are in there, I suggest you do them all.

I prefer the xclamp fix that I linked to as it uses existing hardware. No guessing on washers and crap.

And yes, i have done it on a few consoles with great success.

Anybody knows the correct sizes of the parts since i am in India there'nt any part no.Need to fix my cousins console .
