Hi guys, I have been present on these forums for a few years now but up until this point have not needed to make a post. I just wanted to ask if anyone had had any recent dealings with xbox-entertainment.co.uk? I have ordered an argon pre-modified wii from them on the 22/4/08 and am yet to recieve it. The first time I contacted them I had a message back to say that they had a duff batch of chips and that my console would be dispatched on the following Monday (28/4/08). However recently following a lack of communication due to a problem with their email system, they have responded to a request for an expected delivery date with "I will sort your order ASAP" I just need to check that this company is legit and that I will recieve my console. Sorry for such a long post any help/reassurance you may be able to give will be greatly appreciated.

I am also having communication issues with this company. I returned a presoldered WII- clip Argon to them 3 weeks ago by registered post as It failed to boot backups that were known to work with other modified WII's, and am still awaiting a replacement. Initial comms were great, but now my last 2 e mails have seemingly been ignored. Last communication about 7 days ago was that replacement as on its way - still nothing has arrived.

I have known the guy who runs xbox entertainment for a couple of years and he has done a lot of work for me and friends of mine on wii's xbox 360's, ps2's and digi boxes, and he is very reputable and trustworthy....I saw him this evening as he chipped 2 wii's for me (we live in the same town) so i know for a fact there is no issue with his company!

I'm not sure if he is a member on here, but I have emailed him the links for him to look at and hope your issue gets sorted out soon!

Well
Just got back from a weeks holiday and still no replies to my last emails and still no replacement Wii-clip and Argon chip.
Got to assume now this company is definitely ignoring comms and owes me £50 plus postage . And yes mods I do have the recorded postage slip to prove they received and signed for the returned goods.

Success
In desperation I found a telephone no for xbox-entertainment and contacted them that way. To be fair they were very polite and I received replacement yesterday - whiched worked 1st time. Therefore I can highly recommend the presoldered wii-clip/argon soln as I am sure I was unlucky with the first as so many have had success. As for xbox entertainment - it went wrong for me but they did sort it out but there comms can be slow probably due to workload - however I will be recommending them to my friends as the origional item was delivered promptly and through no fault of theirs appeared to have had a fault.
