please help, ive totally confused myself with all my googling and yahoo answering... i need to know how to downgrade my

1. can i downgrade a psp slim 3.95 or are they not downgradeable?

given that u answer yes:
im completely new to this psp as ive jus got mine 2 weeks ago...
as far as i know all i need is a psp, pandorra battery, normal battery and a memory stick to downgrade it to 1.5 and then upgrade it to cfw. i dont have another psp btw and i cant get one...

2. so can anyone show me how exactly i can downgrade from 3.95 ofw and get the latest cfw (whichever is the best)safely including wat i need in terms of hard and software.

3. my memory card is 4GB and ive heard that its better to get a smaller one... why? is it necessary? what size can i get if i have to get a new one?

4. and finally, will this method definitely work and is it 100% safe. i reaaaaally dont wanna brick my psp i jus got it for my bday...

5. anything else i should know...

1. ALL psp's can have custom firmware. psp slims CANNOT go below 3.60.

2. read THIS guide. DO NOT SKIM IT! also, you MUST use a computer with XP.

3. you must use a smaller memory stick (preferably 256-1gig), for guaranteed compatability.

4. this will ALWAYS work. if it doesn't work, then you're not making the memory stick correctly.

one last question before i start :p... this is probably gona sound very stupid lol
is there any specific pandora battery i should buy? ive found a datel tool kit thing which i think is the right thing but i heard something like i should buy the phat datel battery instead of the slim datel battery coz it doesnt work... i dunno if its true... and will the phat battery fit in my slim?

here is the battery i fould. have i got the rite one to go ahead with this?

i'd suggest the fat one, because it works on both fat and slim psp's. the slim one is only for the slim.
