You will need to have the phone directly unlocked at your local cell phone repair shop. It has already been attempted too many times on your phone to unlock with codes and that's why you got that message.

A direct unlock will run you around $25 to $50, depending on who you take it to. If you need a postal service, I can refer you to someone and he will do it for you and send it back Priority Mail for right at $25
