Black screen when playing WAD games

Hello, all. This may be a stupid question, but I installed some WADs on my WiiKey'd Wii today using the TP hack, and some of them run but a black screen only. When I press the home button on the Wiimote, I can see the game in the background, but off the menu goes back to pure black. Any ideas of how to fix this?

Update to this, it seems that only the N64 games I have installed work. MarioKart 64, StarFox 64 and Pokemon Snap all work fine, but no SNES or Sega games do.
