Hey. I was wondering how to play N64 games on my wii.

Whilst getting info on getting my homebrew channel to work i saw the wii menu of the guy giving the tutorial and he had mario64 as one of his channels?

Can't you just buy it from the Wii Shop Channel or am I mistaken?

you have to get a wad installer, a way to get .wad files (roms), then install them through the twilight hack. Using the search funtction, in this forum will give you the answer to all these points.

hey thanks for all the help nash, i was getting lost in translation, i had no idea the virtual consoles were .wad files, i thought they were emulators and so many posts came up saying that no n64 emu's worked on wii..... sorry for acting daft
