try the first one first it shud work if not try the 2nd

how to use remove simm card and power on phone enter code provided
use the star key(*) to get the p w and + signs

verify the code before entering the last digit on your phone and watch the screen it should say phone restriction off

please replay and say if it works

Thank you for the help but it didn't work. I tried 3 times, 2 on the first one and once on the second. Will the phone be permanently locked if I try too many times ?

SORRY i couldnt help you.....only solution now is an unlocking cable:(
the codes usually work......the thing is there are 7 possible ways a provider can lock ur phone hence 7 unlock codes but the phone only gives u 5 free tries...i gave u the last code and the first code which should hav worked..i should hav given you the fifth code also

get an unlock cable and use it.sorry again my apologies

Too many wrong codes you used.Only direct unlock.Sometimes you have only 3 attempts,not 5.
