you gave 2 network names cingular and AT&T
so i got the codes for them both....one should work if not request that your mobile provider unlock it for u.after all u did buy the phone

how to use
REMOVE SIMM CARD and power on phone
enter the code shown .there are two codes try the 1st one first it shud work of not try the second


to get the p w and + use the star (*) key press it quickly and u will get it

please VERIFY THE CODE PEFORE U ENTER THE LAST DIGIT ON YOUR PHONE

watch the screen it should say restriction off
please reply and say if it works

2nd one worked.
Phone was purchased under Cingular before the name change to AT&T.

Signed a contract, but then the FCC mandated that the new AT&T mobility give up some Texas assets and my 3 cell phone numbers were going to be transferred to some little hole-in-the-wall cellular company that didn't provide service to my area. At&T or myself had no choice in the matter, so AT&T let me port over to T-mobile and didn't charge me a cancellation fee, only way to keep my numbers. So much for that ?local number portability? law.............
