to get the pw and + signs use the star key (*) press it quickly remove simm and power on phone and enter code please verify code before enterin the last digit

codes are generated based on your IMEI code found under ur battery

his codes wont work for you and vice versa

post your IMEI phone model country and network and maybe i can see if i can help you

Tried it, get "cannot undo restriction"; I guess this means that the phone is hardlocked. Correct?

If so, how do I find a shop where it can be unlocked?

correct your phone is now hard locked,:( but have no fear lost of places offer unlocks very cheap for only $20US go through your local phone phook and call up some numbers but choose someone who is very very close to you so if something goes wrong u can always pay them a visit or another alternative is u could purchase an unlocking cable and do it yourself....some unlocking cables cost as much as $100 US however the good news is it can unlock about 30 different phones and software is built in no need to connect it to your pc and run software.

so u have 2 options buy a cable and unlock ur phones and unlock your friends phones and charge them like $15 to do it that way you'll get back your money in no time plus you'll unlock your phone AND you'll always have the unlocking cable which you could always sell back on e bay or to whoever u want or pay like $20 and go to a unlocking shop and let them do it for u
