Your subject line isn't really clear.

What are you trying to do? Burn a disk from an existing .iso? Verify a burned disk?

If you're trying to backup an original Wii disk using imgburn you can stop right now because it won't work.

Once you provide a more detailed explanation of the problem someone might be able to help you. Otherwise, we're just guessing.

I have never seen a bad sector error on a write. I don't even know what one would look like since the only way that the program know is on a verify.

A bad sector error on a read is usually a result of a bad write.

If imgburn is telling you you have bad sectors on the source you very possibly have a hardware problem.

If you're failing with bad sectors on the verify you have a bad disc, the cause of which can we a whole lot of things.

Well, it would help if you could provide a slightly more detailed description of your problem.

I provided you with several scenarios yet you haven't confirmed under what conditions you are having the problem.

I am trying to help you but I'm not a mind reader.

Please provide a little better description of where you are getting the error and I might be able to help you.

It sounds like your writer has a hardware problem. A check condition means that the SCSI command could not complete the command. Looks like your drive failed the write. Could be that your writer has become defective.

Sounds like a dying/dead DVD writer to me.
