I have a nokia 3220b from USA i've tried unlocking it myself but it seems that i cant but i dont get a code error or cannot undo restriction code which i imagine is good but. the imei for the phone is 356660008581580 hope someone helps me

FOR THIS PARTICULAR MODEL, NON ACCEPTED SIM IS REQUIRED.
1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Hong Kong most likely doesn't have the frequency you'll need for the USA version 3220 so don't expect to get a signal. If using GSM 1800 MHz, you should be ok.
