mine got the RROD about 6 weeks ago and hasnt gotten it again - runnin fine ever since ... i'll sell it too u if u want ...
Why do you say the elite is not worth getting? I love it. It just being black would be good enough. I fill 20gigs in days. So the Elite is the best choice if you play online. I have 72 gigs left! Tons of stuff I could delete but I don't need to... yet...
What does playing online have to do with disc space? You only need the extra memory if you download a ton of arcade games and things like the Oblivion Expansion, or for some reason buy TV Shows.
I'd buy in the store, personally. The risk seems to high buying used off of Ebay.
yea stay away for the elite. just paint yours black if youd like. personally i would buy a new pro. seems to be stable. the elite is a waste of money, unless like they said you are gonna watch tv on it, which in that case is why i pay my cable bill. 20 gigs should be plenty. if this were a ps3 you would need more mem. because you actually have to save game data on the hard drive to play it, which can be up to 5 gig a game, and can be a up to a 6 minute process.
