i cant enable media sharing for xbox 360, i need help please!!!!

Everytime i go to network and sharing center i get a windows explorer has stopped working error when i click on change to enable sharing. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

i just finished installing SP1 and nothing. It still does the same thing, any other suggestions?

because you're using Vista its hard to say.

You should check out xbox.com and see what it says.

well i dont think its an xbox isue, i just want to enable media sharing but it gives me the windows explorer has stopped working error message right when i click on "CHANGE", i dont even get to see the choices that its supposed to give you.

If you call MS about it, they will tell you they haven't been trained in Vista and don't know how to fix it. I called before about 4 times, and spoke with a sup, clueless.
