Hey. I havent connected to live in 10 or so days. My gold card expired during that period. Yesterday I tryed to connect so I could redeem the new code I bought, but it wouldn´t connect. The problem persisted today.

When I test connection everything goes OK but "Xbox Live". The info is not very helpfull.

I changed my computer, wich is linked to the same router, thou i tryed conecting the xbox directly to the moden and got same results.

What can I do? Is this the symptoms from being banned?

Really sorry to bump, but I just read somewhere that this is symptoms of banning??? Is it truth? It didn´t told me i made something illegal or nothing, it just fails in the "xbox live" part of the connection test!

Try to connect your ethernet connection directly to your 360 and bypass the router and see if that will work. If not, call MS up and see what they say.

I tryed to wire the xbox directly to the modem, withou the router, and that didn´t worked.

Calling microsoft now...

Ok... They sayed its not supposed to work in Brazil... fuckers. Gave me the number to call support in the us and ill have to pay to call.. ok... will do... better be worth it.
