ok so i do the sound so it works after encoding - encoding avi to mpeg using TMPGEnc - Pal (16:9), CBR MPEG-1 Layer II Audio (MP2) - after thats encoded i used TMPEGEnc dvd author to get the vobs and finally nero to burn to dvd - after all that, its plays on the dvd player and has sound - but the sound is like 2-4 seconds slower than the image so it looks like your watching a dubbed film, anyone know why and have i done the settings right? . also the picture quality could be better

any suggestions?
