I looking for a very best basic & easy to use mpeg cutter. Like Virtualbub? (but i only use for avi) wht i want is for mpg

'Virtualbub' users might use VirtualDub-MPEG2 in this case.. but then you must save it to AVI. Have you tried TMPGEnc's merge & cut tool? It's better then to use files, which are encoded by TMPGEnc too. I use a 'Womble MPEG-VCR'. It's an excellent program, but quite expensive.

I agree "Womble Mpeg2VCR" is Probably the Best Frame accirate Editing for Mpeg files out there ..There are a couple OK Freeware ones Like these ones :

Try using Jfuse: http://www.jfuse.com. It is free (if you are just cutting mpegs) and works well.
