look on the home screen of your phone it should say the network name
the screen that your phone shows when it's on standby

eg: t-mobile, AT&T, o2, vodaphone etc

tell me the mobile provider's name and i will help you.
u can also go to network settings in the phone and see the network name it operates on or it may be listed under the company name
